Rocket Sports secures NIVEA partnership for British surfing champion Lucy Campbell
Rocket Sports structured and secured NIVEA’s partnership with British surfing champion Lucy Campbell, before leading the strategic and creative development of the brand’s first UK athlete ambassador campaign.
Once the commercial agreement was in place, Rocket Sports shaped the campaign around Lucy’s authentic connection to the ocean and her long-standing commitment to protecting marine environments. The objective was clear: create a platform that felt credible, visually powerful and aligned with NIVEA’s sustainability ambitions.
Rocket Sports appointed Cut Media as creative and production partner and led the development of the hero film and supporting campaign assets.
Filmed over two days in Cornwall, the content captured Lucy in her natural environment alongside friends and family, delivering an intimate and visually striking centrepiece designed to highlight the impact of plastic pollution and encourage more conscious everyday choices.
Beyond the hero film, was a broader suite of assets integrated across NIVEA’s paid media and sustainability communications strategy, ensuring the partnership delivered impact beyond launch and supported long-term brand positioning.
The result is a purpose-led campaign that connects elite sport with environmental responsibility, strengthening NIVEA’s sustainability narrative while establishing a strong creative foundation for the partnership.
